全固態(晶體管)高頻管應加熱的特點
一、 與傳統加熱方式(氧氣、乙炔、煤或油加熱)的比較:
1、清潔,無強烈的熱輻射和煙塵,符合環保要求.
2、體積小,安裝、操作方便,即開即用,停頓期間不耗電.
3、快速透熱,減少表面氧化.
4、可局部尤其是小面積加熱,且加熱溫度均勻.對于鍛件,表面不會脫碳.鍛件質量明顯提高,同時也延長了模具壽命.
5、高頻設備效率大于90%,損耗低,節電顯著,生產成本較低.
6、安裝方便,接通水源,電源即可使用,幾分鐘就學會.
二、與老式電子管高頻相比:
1、相同功率,全固態(晶體管)高頻損耗小、效率高,能耗僅為電子管高頻的20-30%.
2、全固態高頻有小功率機型,能滿足許多小工件加熱(釬焊、熱處理、熱成型)要求,無需用電子管高頻,因而選用全固態(晶體管)高頻投資小,成本低.
3、晶體管高頻體積小,占地面積小,而相同功率的電子管高頻占地面積要大幾倍.

Full-solid (transistor) HF induction heating apparatus Characteristics:
Ⅰ.compared with traditional heating methods (oxygen, acetylene, coal or oil heating):
1、clean, without intensive heat radiation and soot, in line with the standard of environment protection.
2、small volume, easiness to install and operate, plug and play, without any power consumption during stop.
3、quick diathermancy to reduce surface oxidation.
4、 it can realize local uniform heating. For forging piece, it can’t cause surface decarburization, so it can improve forging piece’ quality and prolong mould’ service life.
